1 lb bacon
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat the oven to 400°F;
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a wire rack;
Place your bacon in a single layer on the baking sheet; Raw bacon on tray
Bake or 18-20 minutes or until it reaches the desired crispness you prefer. Bacon on baking sheet
NOTES
Use a wire rack on your baking sheet to make sure the bacon is not sitting in its own grease.
