It's nothing new, this recipe might have been in all of our grandma's recipe boxes, but there's a reason why this pie has stood the test of time. Not only is it super easy, it's super delicious and addicting. I will call it a failure guide.
The crust is made from scratch and only takes a few minutes, it tastes good, but if you go super simple, feelingl free to do without graham cracker crust in store.
The filling only takes a few minutes to mix them together, then you just have to give it some time to cool down in the fridge. very easy!
* How to make a cream cheese and lemon pie ?
* Ingredients :
° 1 cup milk.
° 2 BKG cheese.
° 1 cup frozen lemonade juice.
° 1 packet of lemon pudding mix, a small packet.
° 3 rusk cups.
° 1 cup sugar.
° 1 cup melted butter.
* Instructions :
Step 1:
Preheat stove to 350 degrees F .
Step 2:
In a large bowl, mix all ingredients together until well combined.
Step 3:
Squeeze the graham crumbs into a deep pie making sure the sides are up. Bake for 15 minutes, let cool.
The fourth step:
For cream pie: Combine milk and pudding mixture, beat until mixture is thick.
Fifth step:
Whisk cream cheese for 4 minutes, add concentrated lemon juice and pudding mixture, beat for 5 minutes.
Step 6:
Pour into Graham Cracker's crust. Chill for 6 hours.
