INGREDIENTS:
1 EGG
3 Tbsp of flour
1/4cup sugar
vanilla
1cup of milk
1/4cup butter
1cup liquid cream

STEP 1
in a saucepan I mix the egg, the flour, the sugar, the vanilla and the milk. I mix well with a spatula, then I put it on a low heat without stopping to stir
off the heat add the butter and mix quickly. cover well with cling film and put in the refrigerator.
STEP 2
Roll out the pastry on your baking sheet.
Cut 1cm wide strips of the pastry.
Bake in the oven, taking care to lower the temperature of the oven (thermostat 6), checking the rise of the pastry from time to time.
STEP 3
Whip the cream with an electric mixer and add it gently to the cream prepared in the first step.
STEP 4
on baking paper
place six sticks of baked puff pastry generously covered with the cream, then two layers of cream and almonds on top
roll delicately with the help of the baking paper and keep in the refrigerator for 6 hours
