1 pizza dough
100 g spaghetti
200 g smoked bacon
200 g thick cream
125 g of mozzarella ball
1 egg yolk
salt and pepper

1. Preheat the oven to 210°C. or on th. 7.
2. Cook the spaghetti in a pot of boiling salted water, following the instructions on the package, until al dente.
3. Meanwhile, fry the smoked bacon in a non-stick pan over medium heat until golden brown.
4.Using a rolling pin, roll out the pizza dough into a disk shape on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet.
5. When the spaghetti is cooked, drain it in a colander and spread it over the pizza dough. Top with the smoked bacon when ready.
6.Drain and slice the mozzarella.Drain and slice the mozzarella. Spread the fresh cream evenly over the pizza, followed by the mozzarella slices. Add salt and pepper to taste.
7. Put the pizza in the preheated oven and let it cook for 20 minutes.
8. After this time, turn down the oven to 150°C and continue baking the pizza for 10 minutes.
9. After removing from the oven, beat the egg yolk with a fork in a bowl. Pour it over the cooked pizza just before serving.
