1 watermelon
400 g feta cheese
juice of 1 lemon
chopped mint
black olives
3 tbsp. olive oil
1 tbsp. white wine vinegar
salt and pepper
Preparation time: 10 min
1. Cut the watermelon in half, remove the seeds and cut into small cubes.
2. Crumble the feta cheese.
3. Mix the olive oil, white wine vinegar, chopped mint, salt and pepper in a salad bowl.

4. Add the watermelon cubes and mix well.
5.Add the feta cheese and stir without mixing too much.
6.Chill until ready to serve.
7.Serve chilled with a few black olives.
