0% cottage cheese cake and pears




For 8 people
200g of cottage cheese 0%
3 eggs
50g of sugar
40g of flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 big box of pears in syrup
Preheat the oven to 180 °.


Mix the sugar with the egg yolks. Add the cottage cheese, flour and yeast.

Beat the egg whites and incorporate them in the previous preparation.


In a mold to miss silicone, place side by side at the bottom of the pear slices cut into slices.

Pour the mixture over and bake for about 25 minutes.
