Tartar of shrimps mango avocado

200 g cooked pink shrimp (plus 1 per person for decoration)
2 avocado
1 mango
1 lemon green
1 new onion
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 half teaspoon of pepper
4 sprigs of dill (plus some for decoration)
6 drops of tabasco
Flower of sea salt from Guérande

 Step 1
Open the avocados, remove the core, remove the flesh, sprinkle with lime juice.
Step 2
Peel the mango. Cut it into small dice.
Step 3
Shell the shrimp. Cut them into small pieces.
Step 4
Mix them with the dice of the fruits very gently, the chopped onion, the remaining lime juice, the olive oil, the drops of Tabasco, the Guérande salt (as appropriate) and the crushed pepper and the chopped dill.
Step 5
Arrange this preparation in your cups, dishes... sprinkle with pepper, Guérande salt flower and dill!
