macadamia and apple bacon salad





INGREDIENT:

For one person

10SP/person

green salad
8 cherry tomatoes
1/2 apple
40g of bacon
30g of roquefort
30g light feta cheese
10g of macadamia nuts
mustard
1/2 lemon juice
salt and pepper
Prepare the dressing by mixing the mustard with the lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper and add a stream of water.

Place the salad on a plate. Place the cherry tomatoes cut in half and pieces of apple (previously peeled). Sprinkle with cheese crumbs, bacon and macadamia nuts. Drizzle with dressing. Serve immediately.

For a full meal, add 50 to 60g of bread (to be counted)
