Tuna and peach verrines

Ingredients
For six of us

A box of natural tuna
2 peaches (or a box of peaches in syrup)
1 shallot
2 tablespoons of ketchup
A few drops of tabasco
3 branches of chives (+ some for decoration)

DERICTIONS:

1 Wash and peel the peaches if they are fresh, drain them if they are in syrup, then dice them.
2 Mix all other ingredients (excluding peaches).
3Raise your verrines by placing a few cubes of peach, then the tuna moss, then finish again with the peach cubes.
To end up
Garnish with a little chives.
