CUCUMBER SALAD, CHICKPEAS, AVOCADO AND FETA




When it’s hot, you want freshness and lightness on the plate! Match the crunch of the cucumber with the sweetness of the feta, a few chickpeas, and feta and you have a full meal!

For 3 to 4 people

1 cucumber
2 avocado
1 small box of chickpeas
150g of feta cheese
olive oil
lemon juice
salt and pepper
