avocado crab glass cups







For four of us
Ingredients

• 200 g Canned crab meat
• 2 Ripe lawyers
• 1 shallot
• 3 Green lemons
• 4 sprigs of coriander
• 1 tablespoon Olive oil
• 2 pinches Paprika fort
• Salt

Steps of preparation

Peel the avocados and remove their flesh. Purée them with a fork in a salad bowl. Add 1 lemon juice, ½ chopped shallot, 2 pinches of salt and 1 pinch of paprika.
Coarsely chop the crab meat, add ½ chopped shallot, 1 lime juice, oil and 1 pinch paprika.
Pour the mixture into glasses, alternating crab and avocado cream. Serve fresh, decorated with lemon slices and coriander leaves.
